Privacy Policy
This policy explains the information ADx3 uses to run accounts, location-aware discovery, advertising, analytics, reactions, and private feedback.
1. Information used by ADx3
ADx3 uses account information such as your email address, authentication/session information, profile or business information you choose to provide, and records needed to operate your account.
2. Location and geographic grid data
When location-aware features are active, ADx3 can use device location to determine your current grid cell, nearby stores, geographic ad eligibility, and other location-based features. Location permission is controlled by your browser or device.
3. Advertising and viewability analytics
When an ad becomes viewable in the Feed, analytics may record the ad and campaign ID, approximate grid tile or country, feed position, scroll position, visible percentage, session-level reach, and accumulated view time. Advertisers receive aggregate performance information rather than viewer email addresses. External ad-share events may also be counted in aggregate so advertisers can measure how often creatives are shared.
4. Likes, dislikes, and private comments
Reactions are stored so one signed-in user can maintain one current reaction per ad. Advertisers receive aggregate reaction totals. Private comment text is returned to the owner of the related ad and authorized site-admin moderation; it is not posted publicly, and the advertiser-facing comment record does not include the commenter's email address.
5. Payments
Registration and ordinary site use are free. If you deliberately purchase advertising, payment and billing information required for that transaction may be handled by configured payment providers and by ADx3 billing records needed to account for the purchase.
6. Sessions and security
ADx3 uses session information to keep you signed in and to enforce account permissions. Authentication credentials are protected server-side rather than displayed back through account or administration screens.
7. Who can see your information
Ordinary users do not receive another user's private account data. Advertisers can see analytics for their own advertising and private comments sent to their ads. Site administrators can access platform administration data needed to operate and secure the service, subject to the privacy boundaries described above.
8. Your choices
You can log out at any time, change or remove your current Like/Dislike reaction, and control location permissions through your browser or device. For account or privacy questions, contact the site operator through the service.
9. Policy updates
This policy may be updated as ADx3 features change. The version displayed on the site is the current site policy.
