These terms describe the basic rules for using ADx3 and for choosing optional paid advertising.

1. Free membership and no long-term contract

Creating an ADx3 account and using ordinary site features is free. There is no subscription fee and no long-term advertising contract. Paid advertising is optional and begins only when you deliberately choose a paid advertising product.

2. Paid advertising

Advertising prices, geographic scope, scheduling, and other purchase details are shown by the applicable site controls. A paid placement is a specific advertising transaction; browsing, logging in, viewing the Feed, reacting, or sending private feedback does not by itself create an advertising charge.

3. Your account

You are responsible for using your account lawfully and for keeping access to it secure. Do not attempt to access another user's account, private comments, administration tools, or data without authorization.

4. Advertising and content responsibilities

You are responsible for the ads, images, business information, and other content you submit. Only upload or publish material you have the right to use, and do not use ADx3 for unlawful, deceptive, infringing, harassing, malicious, or fraudulent content.

5. Analytics and delivery

ADx3 measures advertising activity using viewability, reach, dwell, reactions, external shares, geography, and related operational metrics. Analytics are intended to describe activity on the service; ADx3 does not guarantee a particular number of customers, sales, clicks, reactions, or business results.

6. Reactions and private comments

Likes and dislikes are feedback signals. Private ad comments are intended for the owner of the related ad and are not public Feed posts. Users must not use comments or other site features for threats, abuse, unlawful content, or attempts to compromise the service.

7. Platform integrity

Do not interfere with site security, manipulate analytics, automate abusive traffic, submit malicious code, evade account restrictions, or attempt to falsify impressions, reactions, billing, or location data.

8. Service changes

ADx3 features, pricing, limits, and availability can change as the service develops. Current pricing and product details shown at the time you choose a paid action control that transaction.

9. Enforcement

Accounts or advertising may be restricted, paused, or removed when necessary to address security, unlawful use, abuse, fraud, or serious violations of these terms.

10. Updates to these terms

The site may publish updated Terms & Conditions as features and operating requirements change. The version displayed on ADx3 is the current site version.
